Virtual Advanced Caregiving for Prevention Parenting & Mental Health Series

Join us for a 4-part Caregiving Series video series that will teach you practical skills and techniques to improve your relationship with your child as well as to support your child through day-to-day challenges, life transitions or mental health issues.
This will provide help to:
  • Understand why you end up in negative patterns of relating to your child
  • Avoid common parenting traps
  • Manage your own emotional reactions i.e. anger, guilt and resentment
  • Overall, improve your relationship with your child
Sessions will be on Wednesdays from 6 to 8 pm:
  • Oct 20, 2021 - Session 1: Power of Your Role and Common Caregiving Blocks
  • Oct 27, 2021 - Session 2: Emotion Basics and Importance of Validation
  • Nov 3, 2021 - Session 3: Steps to Emotion Coaching
  • Nov 10, 2021 - Session 4: Steps to Behaviour Coaching

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, these sessions will be held via Zoom Meetings. You will be asked to provide a valid email at registration, after which, you will be provided with a meeting link.
