On behalf of NEOFACS, the LBCG team is consulting with internal and external stakeholders through facilitated focus group discussions and surveys. These consultations will assist in developing our next strategic plan by helping us to identify what we are doing well, where there are opportunities for growth, and what we can do to offer quality services to our clients and communities.
We invite you to participate in our planning process by completing this brief survey. The survey is anonymous and does not ask for any identifying information. While completing this survey is voluntary, we greatly appreciate your participation as each survey helps us better understand how we can offer the best possible services to children, youth and families in our area.
