NEOFACS is engaged in developing our next Strategic Plan.
We would like to hear from the youth and families who use our services!
By sharing your ideas and feedback, you will help to shape our strategic plan, determine our priorities, and tell us where you think change is most needed.
Your first opportunity to be part of the planning process is by participating in a focused discussion with members of the consulting team from LBCG, who are working with us to develop the plan.
WE ARE HOSTING THE FOLLOWING CONSULTATION SESSIONS:
- For adult service users:
- Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 7 pm
- For youth who use our services (12+):
- Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 4 pm

These discussions will be facilitated by someone from LBCG, and the information that you share during the session will be anonymous.
Please note, the sessions are available to participants both in English and French. The facilitator will be bilingual so participants may use the language of their choice during the discussions.
For those unable to participate in the focused discussion opportunities, we will have a survey that will be distributed later in November through which you can contribute to the planning process; more details will follow in the coming weeks.
