Strategic Plan 2022-2027
We are pleased to present our new Strategic Plan, which will guide our collective work from 2022 to 2027!
This year marks the 10th anniversary of NEOFACS. In 2012, the amalgamation of our three legacy agencies was established, forming a new organization to service the entirety of the Districts of Cochrane and Timiskaming.
As we define the focus of our work over the upcoming years, this strategic plan will serve as a roadmap as we actualize the important work identified in furthering our mission, vision, and values.
Reconciliation, equity, partnerships, and innovation will guide much of our journey forward.
We recognize that while it will take time to fully achieve our strategic goals, we are committed to improving outcomes for all children, youth, and families served.
Overview of Our Strategic Plan
Our mission and vision statements remain the same. We have updated our values statements to include elements that reflect the priorities and themes that were highlighted as important throughout the development of the Strategic Plan.
Launch Video
As part of our efforts to communicate effectively with our stakeholders about the developments of our Strategic Plan, we have produced a video.
We invite you to watch the video to learn about our multi-service organization, the people we serve and how we provide support to them. In addition, an overview of our strategic directions and goals is provided.
Stay Up to Date on The Latest Developments
Our Strategic Plan is not a static document, but a living and evolving reflection of our needs and priorities. We will ensure that this plan is revisited annually to make sure it remains relevant in face of shifting external factors.
Throughout the next five years, we will share updates about the progress and development of the priorities associated with each of the themes from our Strategic Plan for 2022 to 2027.
Thank You to Our Stakeholders
We are thankful to all our stakeholders, including our employees, youth and adult clients, community partners, volunteers, resource families, and Board members, who provided significant feedback during the consultation process that began in 2021.
Meegwetch, merci and thank you!
