North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services (NEOFACS) is committed to the provision of high quality services to all our clients. In order to ensure all services meet a high standard, NEOFACS will undergo a site review with the Canadian Centre for Accreditation. Agencies that meet or exceed the standards are accredited.
A team of experienced professionals will be visiting NEOFACS from March 5-7, 2024, to review our compliance with the established standards.
Reviewers will be conducting multiple interviews with key stakeholders, touring Agency sites, reviewing files and other Agency documentation.
