COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Full-time Position in any NEOFACS Office Location
As a member of the Court Administrative Assistant team, the successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to provide support to In-House Legal Counsel as needed, assist with the preparation for trials (assemble trial records), assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents/ correspondence and file documents at the Court House.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS):
• A Law Clerk or Legal Assistant diploma or Paralegal Certificate is preferred. A College Diploma in Office Administration with a minimum of two years of relevant Court experience may be considered
• Knowledge of Court forms including but not limited to Applications, Affidavits and Motions
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced proven computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
• Candidates must possess a minimum G2 driver’s license at the time of application and be willing to obtain a valid G Class driver’s license as a condition of employment or already possess a valid G Class driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle.
