VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Full-time Position in any NEOFACS Office Location
As a member of the Communications, Quality Improvement and Volunteer Services Team, the primary responsibilities will be facilitating the development, planning and implementation of the volunteer initiatives and services within the Agency. You will maintain communication, collaboration and linkages across all programs, services and satellite sites. Additionally the successful candidate will develop and maintain a program for recruiting, screening and training of volunteers. Other responsibilities include the collecting, monitoring and evaluating of data concerning volunteer services in accordance with Agency and Ministry requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS):
• Post-secondary degree or diploma and two years relevant working experience in human services
• Knowledge and experience in recruitment and training of volunteers
• Excellent organizational, computer and presentation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required
• Candidates must possess a minimum G2 driver’s license at the time of application and be willing to obtain a valid G Class driver’s license as a condition of employment or already possess a valid G Class driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle.
