North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services widely known as NEOFACS is excited to officially unveil the new brand for the Agency.  Defined through a comprehensive audit and consultation process the NEOFACS brand is representative of the Agency’s vision for the children, youth and families in the communities it serves. The brand has been strategically positioned to move the Agency forward with a strong identity and clear vision.

“The NEOFACS brand and brand strategy provides the Agency a solid foundation for all future marketing and communications activities. The new brand will unify and strengthen the Agency’s identity, as well as promote the Agency’s vision of positive outcomes for all children, youth and families served.” says Garry Dent, Chair of the NEOFACS Board of Directors.

The new brand personifies the Vision, Mission and Values of the Agency. It takes shape through the use of engaging imagery, vibrant colours, approachable fonts and conversational writing styles. The new brand is flexible, adaptable, and capable of evolution. The new brand aims to inspire.

The brand comes to life through new printed marketing materials, tradeshow and event displays, commercials and the launch of the Agency website.

“The extent and the scale of the NEOFACS brand is truly innovative and inspirational. This level of brand integration into a social agency has not been seen before in North Eastern Ontario,” says Richard Lambert Belanger, Executive Director of NEOFACS.

Some highlights of brand elements being launched today and throughout the following week include:

  • New  overall brand plan;
  • New integrated brand communications and marketing plans;
  • New brand support structures with brand ambassadors;
  • New program and service area sub-brands;
  • New brand asset libraries (photography, fonts, writing style guides, etc.);
  • New brand tools such as posters, power points, brochures, etc.;
  • New website with enhanced functionality and improved content and features;
  • New national quality commercials; and,
  • New promotional displays for marketing and event/trade show related activities.

“The new brand will be integrated into all aspects of NEOFACS’ operations. The brand visuals will establish a strong visual presence required for consistency and for building awareness in our communities,” says Brooke Ballantyne, Communications Coordinator for NEOFACS.
